Zumba®


Join one of the fastest growing fitness programs in the country. Zumba® fitness classes incorporate Latin and international music and dance movements into a dynamic workout. Non-dancers and new exercisers need not be intimidated, while dancers and longtime exercisers will enjoy the change of pace. Toning is included, so feel free to bring 1 - 3 lb. hand weights. You'll have so much fun you'll forget you're working out!

Gentle Yoga Stretch


Incorporating principles of both Hatha Yoga and stretching exercises, this class is designed for relaxation of the mind and body. This class helps you connect your body and mind in an easy to follow format. Although some of the poses may be challenging, emphasis is on working at your own pace and in your own "comfort zone", so it is appropriate for all levels.

AM Zumba


ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Emphasis is on working at your own pace and in your own "comfort zone" so it is very appropriate for all levels.

Strictly Yoga


On Tuesdays, this class will combine Hatha Yoga- with the breath, and Vinyasa – a flowing style of Yoga, as you move through a variety of poses with emphasis on working at your own pace and in your own "comfort zone" so it is very appropriate for all levels and experience. You will finish your class with guided relaxation – a perfect way to end your day!

Joy Through Movement


T'ai Chi Chih (pronounced "Tie Chee Chuh") is a moving meditation comprised of 19 movements and one pose. This form is a series of soft, slow, non-martial, and easy to learn movements that bring about increased vitality and has a calming effect on the mind and body. Regular practice of the T'ai Chi Chih movement’s helps to circulate and balance the Vital Force Energy within us, which the Chinese refer to as Chi. Benefits may include stress reduction, increased circulation, improved balance, positive effect on blood pressure, and more.

The movements can be performed by almost everyone regardless of age or physical condition and is suitable for those with arthritis and fibromyalgia. A seated version will be taught if necessary for those that may be unable to stand for the entire class.

"Date Night" Couples Massage Class


Do your hands ACHE and tire quickly when massaging your partner?

Does your partner complain that you are too ROUGH?

Join us for this hands-on class that teaches you how to give as well as receive a basic, yet effective massage. You will learn professional massage techniques on how to reduce muscle tension and enhance relaxation. Contraindications and proper body mechanics will be discussed.

Massage tables, linens, cream and handouts are provided, just bring your partner. Please dress comfortably and bring or wear shorts and ladies make sure to wear a bathing suit top.
