Zumba®


Zumba® is perfect for everybody and every body. We take the work out of workout by combining Latin and World rhythms with dance and fitness movements to create a calorie-burning dance fitness party. Toning is included, so feel free to bring 1 - 3 lb. hand weights. You'll have so much fun you'll forget you're working out!

Gentle Yoga Stretch


Incorporating principles of both Hatha Yoga and stretching exercises, this class is designed for relaxation of the mind and body. This class helps you connect your body and mind in an easy to follow format. Although some of the poses may be challenging, emphasis is on working at your own pace and in your own comfort zone, so it is appropriate for all levels of abilities.

Wake Up with  Revmaster Cycle


This 45 minute class is a great way to burn calories and have a great time! Each rider is encouraged to go at their own pace. No experience is needed and individual attention will be given to each participant.

Strictly Yoga


This class combines Hatha Yoga which encourages breathing exercises, as well as Vinyasa, a flowing style of Yoga, as you move through a variety of poses with emphasis on working at your own pace and in your own comfort zone, so it is appropriate for all levels and experience. You will finish your class with guided relaxation – a perfect way to end your day!

Tai Chi Chih, Joy Through Movement


T'ai Chi Chih (pronounced "Tie Chee Chuh") is a moving meditation comprised of 19 movements and one pose. This form is a series of soft, slow, non-martial, and easy to learn movements that bring about increased vitality and has a calming effect on the mind and body. Regular practice of the T'ai Chi Chih movement’s helps to circulate and balance the Vital Force Energy within us, which the Chinese refer to as Chi. Benefits may include stress reduction, increased circulation, improved balance, positive effect on blood pressure, and more.

The movements can be performed by almost everyone regardless of age or physical condition and is suitable for those with arthritis and fibromyalgia. A seated version will be taught if necessary for those that may be unable to stand for the entire class.

What to bring: Bottle of room temperature water, dress comfortable, may be done in bare feet, stocking feet or sneakers.)

Power Train Boot Camp


Power Train Sports and Fitness is offering an 8 week Boot Camp for adults interested in real, fast results. These small group workouts will include a Power Train instructor as well as modified for each individual. The Boot Camps keep the participants heart rate elevated during the entire workout.
