Zumba®


Zumba® is a total workout that is perfect for everybody and every body. Each class incorporates Latin and international music with dance and fitness movements to boost your cardiovascular health, muscle conditioning, flexibility, and energy. Toning is included, so feel free to bring 1 – 3 lb. hand weights. You’ll have so much fun you’ll forget you’re working out!

Gentle Yoga Stretch


Incorporating principles of both Hatha Yoga and stretching exercises, this class is designed for relaxation of the mind and body. This class helps you connect your body and mind in an easy to follow format. Although some of the poses may be challenging, emphasis is on working at your own pace and in your own comfort zone, so it is appropriate for all levels.

Wake Up with  Revmaster Cycle


This 45 minute class is a great way to burn calories and have a great time! Each rider is encouraged to go at their own pace. No experience is needed and individual attention will be given to each participant.

Strictly Yoga & Yin


This class combines Hatha Yoga which encourages breathing exercises, as well as Vinyasa, a flowing style of Yoga, as you move through a variety of poses with emphasis on working at your own pace and in your own comfort zone, so it is appropriate for all levels and experience. You will finish your class with guided relaxation – a perfect way to end your day!

Tai Chi Chih, Joy Through Movement


T'ai Chi Chih (pronounced "Tie Chee Chuh") is a moving meditation comprised of 19 movements and one pose. This form is a series of soft, slow, non-martial, and easy to learn movements that bring about increased vitality and has a calming effect on the mind and body. Regular practice of the T'ai Chi Chih movement’s helps to circulate and balance the Vital Force Energy within us, which the Chinese refer to as Chi. Benefits may include

Improved Balance, Flexibility and Coordination
Effect on Blood Pressure and Weight Control
Improved Concentration and Creativity

The movements can be performed by almost everyone regardless of age or physical condition and is suitable for those with arthritis and fibromyalgia. A seated version will be taught if necessary for those that may be unable to stand for the entire class.

Intermediate T'ai Chi Chih Class


This class will focus on breaking down and refining the T’ai Chi Chih movements. Concentrating on flowing from the center (moving from the T’an Tien), Yinning and Yanning (shifting the weight fully), Grounding, (focusing in the soles of the feet the Bubbling Springs), Softness and Continuity (the “effort of no effort”), Circularity and Polarity.

*Pre-requisite – must have taken at least one 8 week T’ai Chi Chih class.

"Date Night" Couples Massage Class


Do your hands ACHE and tire quickly when massaging your partner?

Does your partner complain that you are too ROUGH?

Join us for this hands-on class that teaches you how to give as well as receive a basic, yet effective massage. You will learn professional massage techniques on how to reduce muscle tension and enhance relaxation. Contraindications and proper body mechanics will be discussed.

Massage tables, linens, cream and handouts are provided, just bring your partner. Please dress comfortably and bring or wear shorts and ladies make sure to wear a bathing suit top.
